Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist in BIM implementation by managing all BIM deliverables;
- Responsible for technical project drawing, maintain or amend BIM models to ensure the quality of created model is usable for construction work;
- Responsible for creating and updating the building information model based on the updated information;
- Offer training in Revit / Navisworks or related software;
- Provide technical support for internal engineers or other BIM users.
Qualifications:
- HD holder or above in Architectural / Engineering related discipline;
- Min. 1 year experience for BIM Modeller; Fresh Graduate are also welcomed and will be considered as Assistant BIM Modeller;
- 3-5 years of practical BIM project experience for BIM Coordinator;
- Familiar with Autodesk BIM Solutions (AutoCAD, Revit MEP and Navisworks), and common BIM applications such as clash mitigation, documentation, quantification etc.;
- Familiar with Dynamo is also an advantage;
- Knowledge of using Civil 3D and with infrastructure project experience are an advantage;
- HKCIC Certified BIM Coordinator / Manager and/or HKIBIM professional or associate member will be an advantage;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior BIM Coordinator or Assistant BIM Manager.
