Job Descriptions:

• Manage the daily operation of the assigned project in accordance with company's policy
• Monitor the performance of the projects, sub-contractors, and resolve daily problems arise during and after the course of projects
• Responsible for Monitoring and follow site progress.
• Coordinate and inspection of all trade sequences of works.
• Experience in handling Building A&A, High-end Fit Out projects and well versed in regulation & procedure of Building Department
• Quality, setting out, workmanship checking according to specification.
• Supervise direct labours for site and safety works.

Requirement:

• Degree in Building, Civil, Structural Engineering or other construction related subject
• Minimum 3 years' experience within the construction field for Project Executive
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in managerial grade in construction field for Project manager
• Interested in LED Lighting industry.
• Demonstrate high enthusiasm for career development and team building
• Strong management, communication and problem solving skills
• Resilient with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal management skills
• Presentable and good communication skills
