Job Description:

What you’ll be doing?

• Monitor, maintain and enhance the Quality Management System, Environmental Management System and Occupational Health & Safety Management System;
• Schedule, coordinate, conduct internal and external audits and prepare reports as required by the ISO Standards and headquarter;
• Manage the Corrective/Preventive Actions process including corrective actions in response to internal and external audit findings, customer issues, and overall system weaknesses;
• Manage Document Control system to comply with ISO Standards, including creating, reviewing, updating, and monitoring the relevant Management Systems' documentation;
• Coordinate and conduct pre-qualification and annual review of pre-qualified suppliers and subcontractors;
• Coordinate and conduct training related to the relevant Management Systems.

Who are we looking for:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent;
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience;
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 requirements;
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
