• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 2 years or above experiences in consultant firms, contractors or sub-contractors
• Good business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, presentation and negotiation skills
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese 
• The offered position will be subject to the qualifications and relevant working experience of shortlisted candidates
