Responsibilities:

• The preparation of submission plans, working drawings and project deliverable  in  accordance with HKBD codes and standards;
• The coordination of work within the Technical and Architectural teams, and be accountable for the accuracy and quality of one’s own work;
• Sharing of knowledge among team members with an aim to enhancing work standards and productivity;
• Solving technical problems and coaching of less experienced members in the team.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Architectural Study or related subject;
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience is preferably;

  i. Fresh graduate also will be considered.

  ii. With more relevant working experience will consider as Senior Technical Officer.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge in Revit is an advantage;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Responsible, diligent and precise;
• Work well under tight deadlines and willing to work overtime when necessary.

The salary range is from $14,000 to $25,000, joining grade and salary package will be commensurate with relevant experience.
