• HK$ 34,000 to HK$ 58,000 monthly salary plus bonus 
• New Building Projects: Housing / ASD / Residential Projects ( Just Newly Awarded )
• Easy Reaching Location ( Kowloon / NewTerritories Areas) 
• 12-month salary plus year-end bonus
• AL starting from 16 days with Medical Full Coverage 

Our client is a Market Leading Main Contractor who is equipped with a high number of significant projects in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific and they just got a few new building projects awarded, ranking from Private Residential/ Housing/ ASD new building projects. To be successfully considered in this role you should possess the following attributes:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Studies/ Structural Engineering or related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in Main Contractor for New Building Projects
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior PC or APM
• Professional qualification is preferred but not essential
• Good commercial and contractual acumen
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
