Responsibilities

Oversee the operation efficiency of the F&B department
Monitor and ensure quality foods and service to be delivered
Build a strong relationship and loyalty with customers
Coach, motivate and develop staff in performance & career development

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Proficiency in menu planning, inventory, manpower control and cost control
Independent and well-planned
Good communication and leadership skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
