About our role
We are now looking for 2 talented Assistant Engineer to be part of our dynamic team. In order to keep high quality building control in Taikoo Shing Residential, we have 2 new headcount created for the team to support daily operations. Reporting to Building Engineer, the incumbent will be responsible for operation and maintenance the E&M systems in Taikoo Shing and carpark areas. He / She will be responsible for supervising in-house technicians, monitoring consultants / contractors and formulating improvement works. He / She will also be required to handle tenants’ enquiries and prepare technical reports. The work will be distributed to different staff according to their expertise.

- Assist the Building Engineer to run and maintain all E&M systems of residential towers / carpark in Taikoo Shing
- Liaise with contractors for works arrangement
- Manage and supervise technicians such as allocating work, assigning tasks, maintaining workflow
- Implement corrective and planned maintenance of building services equipment and systems
- Supervise technical supervisors and technicians to carry out inspection and maintenance tasks to building services equipment and systems.
- Carry out investigation to identify the cause and propose repair solutions, and handle the procurement works.
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical /Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance of E&M of residential buildings, hotels, carpark and commercial buildings
- Good communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel and AutoCAD
