Job Description
Our client is a leading developer , they are looking for (Assistant) Project Manager - E&M
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning, design, cost control, overall monitoring and project management as well as contract administration of the following mega-scale residential and commercial development
- Monitoring the consultant and contractor
- Reporting to Project director
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder or relevant education in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 of years experience on running new build residential projects
- Open for consultancy or main contractor
- Experience in luxury residential is a plus
