Job Description
Our client is an award-winning architecture & interior design consultancy and specializing in large-scale commercial/ mixed-use/ office project design.
Currently, they are looking for a senior interior designer level or above to join their team. This team will focus on commercial/ office/ education projects.
RESPONSIBILITY:
-Generate conceptual design, schematic design, layouts and material selection.
-Coordinate between suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders both onsite and offsite to develop detailed design solutions.
-Prepare a full set of detailed drawings.
-Manage full sets of presentations and tender documentation.
-Coordinate with internal design team/ project managers.
REQUIREMENT:
-Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Architecture or Interior design.
-With 5-10 years of experience both in PRC or Hong Kong commercial/mixed-use/ office projects.
-Advanced in 2D drawing in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketch up; knowledge at RHINO, Grasshopper, Enscape and Revit modelling are an advantage
-Excellent written and communication skills, both in Chinese(Cantonese/ Putonghua) and English.
