Responsibilities:

• Provide general clerical support to the department
• Prepare purchase order, follow and expedite shipment
• Maintain and check proper records and files of all relevant documents
• Assist in receiving and checking of goods for logistic activities
• Co-ordinate materials delivery between factory and site

Requirements:

• DSE or diploma in purchasing/supply chain management or equivalent disciplines
• Minimum 1 years relevant working experience, preferable in construction / building supply industry
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin would be an advantage
• Well-organized, detail-minded and self-motivated
• Immediately available in highly preferred
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
