Responsibilities

• Preparation of tender, job budget, drawings and equipment submission;
• Perform project planning and site activities;
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors;
• Assist in prepare of payment, variation claim and negotiation;
• Supervise sub-contractors and attend site meetings
• Handle electrical installation works

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical/ Building Services Engineering;
• At least 5 years relevant experience in Electrical installation works;
• Proficient in using MS Applications and AutoCAD etc.;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Holder of REW Grade B or above are preferred
