Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring the maintenance works and tackling the technical problems
• Conduct analysis on breakdown rate for lifts / escalators maintenance works
• Suggest and carry out improvement works to keep abreast with the latest technology of the industry
• Prepare reports for technical issues

Requirements

• Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering
• 1 - 2 year's relevant experience / Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent communications and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing
