Responsibilities

• As a member of the safety & environment team, promote health, safety & environmental protection at work
• Play a key role on site to support project teams and works teams for site safety & environment administration and operation
• Conduct daily on-site safety inspection and exercise the right to stop un-safe act.
• Assist on accident/incident/near-miss investigation and continual improvement programs
• Arrange safety & environment training and conduct toolbox talks to workers
• Perform first aider role and assist on workers rehabilitation caring
• Prepare reports and site document

 Requirements

• Secondary Education or above
• Relevant qualification such as Certificate in Safety Supervisor or above
• T1 an advantage
• Holder of valid registered construction worker card, green card, confined space CW card, first aider card etc.
• 2 years construction site experience, or at least 1 year safety supervisor experience.
• Capabilities such as manual handling assessor, working noise assessor, confined space CP, tubular scaffold inspector, lifting operation signalman (silver card), underground utility detection CP, REW Grade an advantage
• A0, hot work competent training, abrasive wheel competence training an advantage, competence recognized by Building Department of HK SAR an advantage
• Native Cantonese, English and simple Mandarin
• Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook
• Diligent, willing to learn, commit to continual improvement
• With a caring and supportive attitude at work
• Immediately available preferred
