Job Description
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Preparation of pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow.
- Preparation of tender documentation
- Tendering process and tender evaluation
- Post-contract administration and management – contract documentation, valuation of progress payment, variation assessment, and cost control report
- Finalization of project final accounts
*For the Site Role, the sites are AAHK (With Site Allowance), WKCD, Wan Chai, etc.
Person Specification / Qualification
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Candidates with minimum 2 years of working experience in QS are preferred for this role
- With technical knowledge – Measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law
- Candidate with pre-contract experience will have advantage
- If apply for Public Sector role, candidate with ASD / NEC experience will have advantage
- Understand and familiar with professional practice and contract administration processes
- Able to work as a team player
- Ability to communicate clearly both spoken and written English and Chinese
*Candidate with HKIS qualification will be consider for senior role
