Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist Purchasing Manager to oversee the material bidding processing
- Responsible for materials and products sourcing
- Coordinate the selection of building materials and interior finishing products with project management team
- Capture requirements, review specifications of materials, source and conduct quotation process to selected supplier and prepare recommendation report
- Explore and source potential suppliers / contractors to widen the supply base
- Collect and update material specification / market prices / market trend
- Set up & maintain the Catalogue Library Filing System
Requirements:
- Diploma in Building Studies / Purchasing / Supply Chain or related disciplines
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in procurement of building materials or others in construction industry
- Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing etc.
- Good initiative and conscientious
- Good command of English and Chinese
