We have an exciting opportunity to join VSL as QHSE Support Officer in Hong Kong.

As a QHSE Support Officer, you will:

• Handles general departmental administrative tasks, document and report preparation and control
• Organizes meetings/training courses to staff
• Prepare various analysis of data, including but not limited to health & safety related statistics
• Prepares, maintains, controls, distributes and files management system documentation, using electronic document management system (EDMS)
• Manages the Incident Notification and reporting system (Cority)
• Manages Administer some software / Apps used for Inspections, Communication tools etc.
• Manages the H&S related aspects of Employee Compensation and coordinate with other parties
• Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree Level in Administration or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as Document Controller / Administrator / Secretary, experience in the construction industry is highly preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Detail-minded, well organized and able to work independently
• Candidate with more experience can be considered as Senior QHSE Support Officer
