We are looking for a talent to:

• To responsible for project management of new buildings, major renovations, refurbishment and A&A works
• To assist on project planning or feasibility study (including preliminary design and cost estimation) for all A&A, redevelopment, construction and all related projects
• To handle miscellaneous BD orders and follow up on DLP & final account
• To carry out statutory checking for construction projects
• To carry out periodic onsite inspection, supervision and meeting for site works monitoring
• To coordinate with consultants, contractors and inter-departmental staff for all related project
• To work with Quantity Surveyor and design Team for tender preparation
• To liaise with relevant internal and external parties throughout the project
• To carry out research and obtain quotation for project related items
• To handle payments and budget approval for all project related items
• To provide technical advice on the construction related items to internal parties

• Bachelor’s Degree holder or above in Architecture, Building Surveying or other related disciplines
• Membership of Professional Institute(s) is preferable, Registered Professional would be an advantage
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience preferably gained in property developers
• Having experience in high quality fit-out or A&A works to existing building
• Having experience in statutory or licensing submission for building projects would be an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferred
