Responsibilities

• Handle PO and sales order with suppliers to ensure the product delivered on time and cost-effective to the customer 
• Support the inventory control and monitor the production and delivery schedule 
• Monthly sales forecast report for the orders on hand 
• Provide timely services to internal team and external trading partner
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects 

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related discipline
• 3 years or above in sourcing, merchandising, supply chain or sales administration relevant work experience
• Proficient knowledge in Word & Excel 
• Proficient in verbal and written communication skill in Chinese and English
