Job Description
Our client are reputable construction and engineering contractors, we are looking for talents to work in HK for their project.
Responsibilities
- Perform the full spectrum of QS functions
- Measure and evaluate subcontracts and assist in sub-contract accounts;
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and costing;
- Review documentation and identify changes in value, subcontract payments and provision for subcontract liabilities;
- Cost analysis, budget control, measurement and documentation at our construction sites.
- Handle all round project related issues
Requirements
- Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent or equivalent
- At least 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying works
- Experiences in Main contractors and construction firms is an advantage, especially working in building or civil projects are preferable
- MHKIS / MRICS are preferable
- Fluency in both written & spoken English
