職責：

• 負責物業日常保養及維修
• 處理緊急維修服務
• 管理倉庫，確保物料庫存充足

要求：

• 持有工業學院機械/ 電機工程或屋宇設備工程證書，或
• 持有相關學徒訓練證書/ 有效建造業工人註冊證或其他相關證書
• 持機電工程署發出之電力工程人員R 級、A級或以上牌照，或水務處發出之一級水喉匠牌優先考慮
• 最少兩年或以上大廈中央冷氣/ 機電系統/ 水電/ 木器/ 油漆保養維修經驗
• 懂簡單電腦操作者更佳
• 需穿制服及輪班工作
