Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Department Head and the team members
• Responsible for providing finance and administrative support, including payment requisition and expense handling
• Assist in report preparation, news monitoring and inventory management
• Assist in the Group Creative projects and activities, including support in events and exhibitions, advertising, below-the-line promotion materials, online marketing, PR activities etc.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above in business or relevant discipline
• 1-2 year working experience, in Marketing / Media / Advertising / PR firm / Creative would be an advantage
• Organized, meticulous and strives for quality
• A team player with passion and good manner
• Proactive, outgoing, efficient, and able to perform multi-tasking duties
• Good computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
• Interest on Graphic Design, Creative session and willing to learn the PC skills on Graphic Design
• Willing to work overtime
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese, Mandarin
