Job Description:

• Be the champion and owner of (1) Retail Design and (2) Visual Merchandising
• Lead the planning, design and implementation of SmarTone visual merchandising of all sales channels, acquisition and retention campaign and POSM creative development.  Creative lead of company event activities per request as well
• Ensure the retail stores are meeting brand standard and satisfactory customer experience by providing guidelines, store visits and VM refreshments regularly
• Manage and collaborate with cross functions on local marketing communications
• Manage and collaborate with all functions on store format / design project development include retail operation, admin, procurement, etc.
• Manage external retail design agency and vendor on store design and construction as well as graphic design agency on marketing materials development
• Manage store design and construction as well as visual merchanting cost within assigned budget
• Lead the team to develop, coordinate, production and management of POS for all sales channels

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interior Design or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience preferably in the Telecommunication Industry
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Initiative, team playing, organized and can manage a diversity of projects with tight schedule
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English and Cantonese is a must
