What you will be doing:

• Generate insights from research findings to propose user-centric solutions

• Work closely with other teams to ensure quality delivery of the project

• Execute qualitative and quantitative research activities such as interviews, workshops, concept validation and usability testing

• Prepare high-quality design deliverables (such as user stories, acceptance criteria, design system, wireframe, mockup, and prototype) within the time constraints.

The ideal profile has:

• 4+ years of solid experience as UI/UX designer with some user 

• Research experience

• Knowledge of loyalty solutions and working with the mainland China development team will be a big advantage

• Experience in conducting design research activities

• Fluent in using design tools, such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong and mature team player

• Fluent in English and Chinese
