Responsibilities:

• Asist to plan, develop and implement client’s multiple advertising projects, including video social media, digital campaigns and events
• Work closely with teammates and external parties to provide end-to-end project management
• Develop and execute new video concept to achieve clients’ promotional purpose
• Handle video production from planning, script writing to interview, and work with teammates for shooting and post-production
• Communicate, negotiate and collaborate with internal teams and external parties to complete client’s projects within specific schedule and budget
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor the project progress for achieving the KPIs
• Work outside of normal business hours may be required
• Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Company

• University graduate in Multimedia, Creative Media, Journalism, Marketing, Communication or related disciplines
• Knowledge of video production flow and procedures
• At least 1 year working experience in managing video projects, including concept development and script writing
• Work independently, pro-active, self-discipline, well-organized, detail-minded and customer-centric
• Able to meet deadline and work under pressure
• Good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and time management skills
• Good in PC applications including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint is a MUST
• Good command of both written and spoken in Chinese and English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Officer/Assistant Project Officer
• Working Location : Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate
