Responsibilities:

• Design creative works to meet marketing and product design objectives of the Association and hostels.
• Promote Association's image through campaigns and visuals, from logo design and advertising to copywriting and slogan development. The overarching goal is to make the Association uniquely recognizable, memorable, and positively viewed.
• Provide design service to daily marketing promotions and product development.
• Provide design service to fundraising and funding proposals.
• Provide design service to other ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Interior Design or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in interior design field.
• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage or leisure industry would be an advantage.
• Experience in residential design and outdoor camping and entertainment facilities would be a plus.
• Strong creative and layout sense.
• High level of aesthetic vision.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and other related graphics software.
• A good team player who is able to work under stress to meet multiple deadlines.
• Independent with excellent problem solving ability. Nature preservation and revitalisation knowledge.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Understanding of NGO, hospitality and rural area limitations would be a plus.
