• You are a degree / Diploma holders in translation
• You have minimum 2 years' relevant working experience in translation

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Develop and maintain knowledge and understanding of how the tools are used in the process they are supporting
• Define and develop country standard working methods in relations to the PTAG Plus applications. Assist in reporting solution related issues to Helpdesk
• Respect routines and responsibilities, work together with the Price marking team, Sales and other functions in the store and service office, act quickly to exploit commercial opportunities and understand the impact of your actions on the financial results
• Use translation competence to strengthen the uniqueness and consistency of the IKEA identity in store and product communication by applying the principles of IKEA tone of voice, visual and verbal identity
• Responsible for communicating functionality changes to store super user and the users in the country
• Leading country super user meetings
• Engage in the super user network to be collaborative, independent and that enables knowledge sharing
• Plan and delivery solution trainings to store super user
• Secure consistency, quality and simplicity, cost-efficiency and sustainability in producing and implementing all communication
• Stay up to date with knowledge about home furnishing, communication and retail design trends to follow creative directions that inspire and surprise store visitors through the IKEA tone of voice
