Responsibilities:

• Collect, check and ensure data and artwork files from internal teams are in correct format for print and digital production
• Consolidate data collected from contactless communications including QR code and NFC for management analysis
• Arrange print and digital production with external vendors
• Work closely and collaboratively with internal departments and external vendors to oversee the implementation and production schedule to ensure they are delivered on time and in professional standard
• Understand and anticipate potential problems, report and liaise with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
• Prepare documentation for tendering/quotation exercises, conduct evaluations in the vendor selection process according to procedures and guidelines
• Develop order process, issue PO and monitor progress
• Assist in ad hoc assignments for supporting the operations of trade fairs across digital and on-site touchpoints

Requirements:

• University graduate in media, publishing, multimedia production or other relevant disciplines with a minimum of two years' relevant work experience
• Knowledge of exhibitions and interest in digital transformation is a plus
• Strong knowledge of operations procedures and able to effectively use data management systems, e-publication software and design software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and commitment to timely delivery
• Detail minded, self-motivated and adaptive, a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and able to deliver under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Remuneration and Benefits:
