Our client is an award-winning international design firm specializing in Commercial and Workspaces design. They offer professional services in architectural, interior design, master planning and graphic aspects. Now they are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Early stages including feasibility, concept, stakeholder engagement and briefing
• Team leadership responsibilities
• Cultivate new client relationships and deepen relationships with existing clients 
• Work independently and highly motivated
• Participating in business development effort
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and time efficiently
• Willing to travel for design presentation and project coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Architecture or Interior design
• With 5-8 years project experience both in PRC and/or HK mixed use commercial projects
• Knowledge and familiar with all phases of Design, Documentation and Construction
• Advanced of 2D drawing in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketch up; knowledge at RHINO, Grasshopper, Enscape and Revit modelling (2D/3D) are a definite advantage
• Ability to work autonomously and solve problems independently
• People management and leadership capability
• **Candidates with more experience will be considered as Associate Director**
