Responsibilities

• Project lead, discuss objectives, requirements and budget of projects with clients. Controlling a project from start to finish
• Meet with professionals, project managers, team members and clients on design sigficiants.
• Use CAD software to produce and present proposals for approval.
• Revise project for tender applications and presentations
• Negotiating with contractors and other professionals
• Regular site visits to check on progress

Requirements

• 3+ years working experience in Architectural or Interior field
• Have a portfolio of individual design work in CADs
• Skillful in Photoshop/Illustrator and InDesign
• Good communication skills
• Immediate availability an advantage
