Job Description
Background
- My client aims at providing the latest CAD/GIS/BIM solutions and services to Architects, Engineers and the Construction industry. Due to business expansion, they are now looking for a new member - Accounting Manager.
- Supervise a small team of members
- Responsible for monitoring the daily accounting and finance operations, review and formulate operation procedures for effective financial control of the company
- Ensure good internal control & effectiveness in financial reporting are well in-placed
- Monitor the month-end closing tasks and consolidations are completed in timely manner
- Provide related financial & budget control reports and analysis
- Review statutory accounts requirements from time to time
- Assist Management to set the KPI and monitor the profits/losses for each project
- Negotiate and arrange banking facilities or other services with banks
- Liaise with external auditors and ensure external audit carried out smoothly
- Handle tax matters related to HK companies and secure all tax computation is properly filed
- Ad-hoc projects as required
- Minimum 10 year relevant working experience in accounting / finance field with 5 year experience at management level
- Member of ACCA / HKICPA or other relevant professional bodies
- Demonstrated Leadership, Communications, Planning and Execution skills
- Strong inter-personal and analytical skills, can work under pressure with tight schedule
- Good accounting and taxation knowledge
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to successfully interface across all disciplines and all levels of the company
- Strong Business sense and innovative to initiate change internally
- Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of MYOB and internet banking is a plus
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
