Responsibilities

• Responsible for A/P, A/R, book-keeping, filing and all accounting works.
• Perform general accounting clerical duties and provide administrative support to daily operation.
• Assist to prepare accounting schedules for closing and year-end audit.
• Responsible for organizing, scheduling and preparing meeting materials and financial reports.
• Assist project follow-up and report the status to the management timely.
• Ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in accounting or related disciplines.
• 2 year of working experience in accounting is preferable.
• High Sense of responsibility, well-organized, good communication skills, proactive, can-do attitude and willing to be a good team player.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Accountant.
• Immediately available or at short notice is an advantage.
