Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for formulation of list prices of products and services, analyzing product costs on production processes as well as product cost data verification and maintenance in ERP environment
• Support to prepare management reporting, cost variance and return analysis for performance evaluation and highlighting issues/risks with potential development opportunities
• Assist in month-end closing of cost accounting and inventory valuation.
• Work closely with internal parties and external parties including customers, auditors and solicitors for operational need
• Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finance and assist to conduct regular assessment of effectiveness of internal procedures under governance
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines. Qualified member / finalist of a profession accounting body.
• At least 8 years relevant working experience under ERP environment, specializing in manufacturing industry would be an advantage
• Hands-on experience in commercial accounting operations as well as using Excel Power Query and SAP system is highly preferable
• Attentive to details, well organized with excellent analytical skill, proactive, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Successful candidate with more managerial experience and higher qualification would be considered as Assistant Manager.
• Immediately available is strongly preferable
