  • Prepare and issue monthly consolidated financial statements;
  • Liaise with auditors and be responsible for matters related to audit reports;
  • Responsible for preparation and analysis of financial data in interim reports, annual reports and results announcements;
  • Organize the data in company's personnel system, and calculate monthly human cost provision;
  • Review audit and tax related reports of subsidiaries;
  • Organize the drafting and review of annual budget reports;
  • Responsible for data management and provide financial data to relevant parties as required;
  • Endorse checks for payment;
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Specification

  • Bachelor degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting or other related fields;
  • 6 years of related work experience. With professional knowledge in accounting and tax;
  • Experience in consolidated financial statements of listed companies, among which experience in audit firm/ Chinese-funded enterprises is preferred;
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
  • Possess good professional ethics, learning and research ability;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good at communication and cooperation;
  • Proficient in operating Microsoft Office software;
  • Proficient in operating accounting software, such as Kingdee, Accpac, etc.;
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.

工作職責

  • 編制、出具每月合併報表;
  • 對接審計師,負責審計報告相關事宜;
  • 負責中期報告、年報及業績公告中的財務資料及分析;
  • 整理公司人事系統資料,每月計算員工撥備;
  • 審閱子公司單體審計報告及相關稅務申報;
  • 組織開展年度預算,審核年度預算資料;
  • 負責資料管理,按要求向各相關方提供財務資料;
  • 簽署支票;
  • 領導要求的其他工作。

任職資格

  • 大學本科或以上,修讀財務、會計或相關專業;
  • 6年以上工作經驗並具備專業的會計及稅務知識;
  • 具備上市公司合併報表經驗,其中具有審計中資企業工作經歷者優先;
  • 能夠同時處理多項任務並在壓力下完成工作;
  • 具備良好的職業道德、學習及鑽研能力;
  • 責任心強,具備較好的溝通及合作意識;
  • 熟練操作Microsoft Office等辦公軟體;
  • 熟練操作會計核算軟體,如金蝶、Accpac等;
  • 良好的中英文書寫及表達能力。
