Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle whole set of order processing, such as generating SO/PO/customer invoice, verifying supplier invoices and follow up order status
• Cooperate with cross department and cross branch
• Maintain and update customers’ invoicing system
• Record the customer invoices and supplier invoices in accounting software
• Manage and record the receipt of account receivables and payment of account payables
• Monitor the outstanding account receivables and payables and report to management timely
• Arrange settlement and accounting for treasury transactions
• Reconciliate intercompany transactions and balances
• Handle month-end closing and monthly group reporting
• Assist the preparation of consolidated financial statement, consolidated schedules, forecast, budget and management reports
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisers, lawyers and other professional parties
• Assist the Oracle – NetSuite implementation
• Handle assigned ad hoc tasks

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting or related discipline 
• Minimum 3 years in second tier accounting firm
• Knowledge in manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, QuickBooks and Oracle
• Hard working, well organized, independent, detail-minded, self-motivated with high sense of responsibility
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
• Please provide your current salary and expected salary in resume. Otherwise, it will not be considered
• Monthly salary up to HK$30,000 to HK$36,000 depend on experience, plus discretionary bonus
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
• Immediate available is highly preferred
