- Prepare and handle Accounts Payable transactions by processing, reconciling invoices, and payment requests
- Prepare daily payment vouchers, expense settlement, fund transfer and assist month-ended and year ended closing
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Harmonized coordination with different internal or external stakeholders regarding payment cycle affairs
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
About the people
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or Finance or related discipline
- At least 3 years’ relevant working experiences
- Familiar with MS office and PC operation
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management
- Ability to perform multi-task, capable to work under pressure and independently, and be a good team player
- Immediately available is highly recommended
