Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support in full set of accounts and manage the bookkeeping of AR, AP & GL
• Handle daily accounting transactions, prepare accounting entries and schedules
• Handle daily payment function, staff claims and operating expenses
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing process
• Handle filing and documentation
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Direct Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines;
• Preferably LCCI Level 2 or above qualification;
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting;
• Proficient in using MS Excel, Word and Chinese word-processing;
• Well organized, independent and detail-minded
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Immediately available is highly preferred
