需求資歷
- Processing Daily Sales Data of of Retail Shops;
- Data Entry of periodic expenses transaction including reimbursement of petty cash;
- Data Entry of Purchasing Data;
- Data Entry of Product Costing Data;
- Support payment processing;
- Support Account Receivable process and chase payment;
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register;
- Preparation of inter-company transaction report and invoices;
- Bank Reconciliation;
- Any Ad hoc activities from supervisor.
Qualification Requirement
- LCCI Intermediate or above or equivalent;
- Minimum 1 year clerical experience;
- Preferably having experience in using popular accounting system or Dynamic Accounting System;
- Good team player with minimum supervision.

- 處理支付程序;
- 處理應收賬款及催賬;
- 維護固定資產登記表;

- 制作銀行余額調節表;
- 其他由主管指派任務。
需求資歷
- LCCI 中級簿記或以上或同級;
- 1 年工作經驗;
- 有使用常用會計軟件經驗;
- 有團隊精神也能獨立工作。
