Duties

The appointee will be attached to Resources and Finance Office of the Institutes and will perform the following duties: (a) assist in the preparation of analyses for budgeting, management accounting, and procurement and facilities management purposes; and (b) carry out ad hoc administration work as assigned.

Appointment Criteria

Applicants should have (a) a recognised degree in business administration or accounting disciplines; (b) a good command ofwritten and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (c) proficiency in computer applications; and (d) good analytical, organizing and communication skills.

Preference will be given to applicants who have hands-on experience in budget preparation and management accounting.  Possession of an accountancy qualification, e.g. CPA will be an advantage.
