Job Description

• Perform full set of accounting services for clients in different business nature including daily accounting operations and periodic closing;
• Prepare periodic financial reports and any other group reports as requested by clients;
• Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in our clients’ accounting systems and procedures;
• Liaise with external auditors for annual audit and tax filing for clients;
• Liaise with banks to facilitate bank processes and conduct payments on behalf of clients;
• Maintain proper and accurate records and supporting documents; and
• Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or related qualification;
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience including experience in professional service firm;
• Supervision experience in managing a team of 2-3 team members would be an advantage;
• Strong sense of responsibility, detailed oriented, strong analytical skills and good communication skills;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good command in Microsoft Office (particularly in Excel) and accounting software applications (knowledge in Xero is a plus);
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
