You will be asked to:

• Perform accounts receivables daily accounting duties, including handling cash/cheque receipt from clients, journal inputs, prepare customer statements and payment reminders in a timely manner
• Reconciliation on payment received and invoices etc; maintain and reconcile rebate schedule
• Maintain the accounts receivable and other receivable with an accurate up-to-date record
• Work with sales team on daily sales order release
• Handle month end closing and assist in annual audit
• Assist in process improvement and integration and internal control improvement
• Liaise with clients and internal departments
• Handle ad hoc duties when required

 We are looking for our next superstar with the following skills and experience:

• Higher Diploma or above in accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant working experiences 
• Related experience in daily operations such as accounts receivable, reporting or other accounting tasks (e.g. handling receipt of cash, cheque settlement etc.)
• Proficient in MS Office and previous exposure in Dynamics 365 is a plus
• Attention to details and adherent to company policies
• Patient and collaborative, good interpersonal and communication skill
• Meticulous, proactive, responsible and strong problem-solving skills
• Honest and trustful, can work independently 
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
