The Job:

• To maintain routine payment and receipt functions
• To maintain daily account transactions and proper records and books as well as assist in monthly accounts closing
• To assist the supervisor preparing monthly report, annual budget, forecasts and ad hoc reports as assigned
• To perform administration duties and routines for Accounts functions

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Accountancy or above and member of professional institution is preferred
• Minimum 5 years accounting working experience and experience in construction industry is an advantage
• Knowledge in HK taxation
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently, self-motivated & a good team player
• Proficiency in MS Excel, words and accounting software
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is definite an advantage
