• Report to the director of the company
•  Provide timely financial & management reports
• Handle staff salary calculation, disbursement and MPF issues
• Handle bank reconciliation, petty cash and general expenses claims
• Handle inter-company transactions
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecast on regular basis
• Prepare month-end closing, financial statements and management reports
• Handle accounting operations including general ledger, payable ledger, receivable ledger, accounting entries, expense checking, issue cheques, e-payments and month-end closing
• Liaise with external parties regarding audit , tax, banking and IRD matters
• Provide suggestions to improve the efficiency and quality of finance reporting 
• Handle ad hoc accounting assignment
• Full set of accounts (data entry)
• Handle Company secretary matters

• Minimum 3 years accounting experience
• Degree holder or equivalent professional qualifications (ACCA, HKICPA, AICPA in accounting or finance
•  Mature, self-motivated and able to work independently
•  Excellent in excel 
•  Excellent communicator and problem solver
• Experience in MYOB, Peach tree
• Immediate available is preferred
