Job responsibilities:

•          Responsible for a full set of accounts independently
•          Able to handle account receivable, account payable data entry, bank reconciliation, monthly reports, and general accounting duties
•          Reconcile vendor statement and prepare payment via internet banking/cheque
•          Perform daily routine accounting duties including receipts, payments and expenses booking
•          Assist in month-end closing duties
•          Assist in annual audit
•          Perform other admin/ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor / manager

Job requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with LCCI level 2 or above qualification will be an advantage
• Relevant 3 years working experience in accounting, preferred with Retail experience will be an advantage
• Proficient in using MS Excel
• Hand on experience in Multiable will be definitely advantage
• Well organized, attention to details and independent
• A good team player with “can do” attitude, good communication skills
• Immediate availability is preferred
