Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and assist in day-to-day operations of all accounting activities, including payment instructions & checking, accounts payable, data input and filing etc.;
• Provide support and coordinate with the operations team across the overseas office;
• Prepare debit notes, month-end closing schedules, reconciliations or other accounting-related tasks in a timely manner;
• Assist in ad hoc duties as required.

 Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline(s).
• Minimum 1-year work experience, with experience in MNC financial company is highly preferred. 
• Proficient with Excel and Word
• Good command of spoken and written in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Detail-minded and willing to learn
