Responsibilities:

• Perform & control month-end closing to ensure periodic financial statements are done accurately and presented timely
• Supervise subordinate staff to ensure they are doing the job properly which include keeping accurate accounting records and computer data and presenting their daily and monthly accounting statements properly and regularly
• Review journal vouchers to ensure proper accounts have been booked
• Preparing financial statements & management accounts for management review
• Preparation of regular returns for local and oversea authorities
• Monitor cash funding & review Cash Flow Forecast
• Year-end tax computation
• Liaise with internal / external auditors

• University graduate in Finance / Accounting
• Qualified accountant with a minimum of 8 years of accounting or audit experience with at least 6 years experience in handling full set of accounts
• Experience in retail / service industry is preferred but not essential
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent computer knowledge including Microsoft Excel, Word and SunAccount System
