Main Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts / bookkeeping services for a portfolio of clients
• Communicate with clients regarding accounts / bookkeeping / payment & receipt
• Prepare month-end closing, Bank & Intercompany reconciliations
• Liaise with auditors and prepare tax filing documents
• Support and handle office administration work
• Other tasks as per management requirement
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
• 3 years or above of experience in handling full set of accounts
• Computer literacy and proficient with Windows applications
• Good command of spoken and written English, Putonghua & Cantonese
• Experience in Hong Kong and Mainland China Accounting System and Taxation
• Able to handle multi-currencies transactions
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, good communication, capable to meet tight deadlines
