Well known legal services firm is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager, this person will be reporting directly to Finance Director and supervise a small team in Hong Kong office. Perform Financial Accounting & work closely with business leaders on Financial planning, anayalsis & budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the accounting teams in both Hong Kong and China and overseas auditors for the US entity;
• Oversee the operations of the company’s finance departments and conduct regular assessments of financial procedures;
• Supervise monthly account reconciliations and prepare consolidated report/management report and assist with profitability and cash flow forecasting;
• Prepare financials report for parent company;
• Work closely with different departments to drive work process efficiency;
• Supervise 2-3 finance staff and report to the Finance Director;
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by Finance Director.

Requirements

• University graduate in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines with HKICPA / ACCA qualification is an advantage;
• Proven track record of at least 4-5 years’ experience in financial planning & analysis AND managerial role, preferably with a consultancy firm;
• Strong at FP&A and building financial forecast model;
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software;
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize with strong attention to detail;
• Perform at high levels in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proactive, independent, and committed with a strong sense of responsibility, act as a team player;
