• Perform daily accounting function and provide general accounting support;
• Responsible for account payable, voucher inputs and others related matters;
• Responsible for petty cash & expenses claims and payment transaction;
• Prepare daily bank balance report, bank reconciliation and cashflow report;
• Perform monthly closing procedures and prepare monthly schedules timely and accurately;
• Prepare shops monthly turnover report to landlords;
• Assist in fixed assets register and prepare the fixed assets and depreciation schedules and journal voucher;
• Handle data input and filing independently;
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
