Main Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Handle all Account Receivable related tasks
• Checking of redemption and refinance reports
• Conduct reconciliations
• Maintain and update information in FlexSystem
• Prepare funding for various purposes
• Handle all insurance related issues
• Handle all money lender licenses related issues
• Handle all directors’ personal issues
• Handle all company secretarial issues
• Handle bank accounts maintenance
• Assist in month end closing

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 3 years working experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to manage multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Mature, can work independently and able to work under pressure
• Good English and Chinese typing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
